An-Nusuk Pilgrim CompanionReturn to CompanionTerms of Use
These terms govern operator and traveller access to the An-Nusuk Pilgrim Companion. They supplement, and do not replace, the booking terms applicable to a confirmed journey.
1. Service purpose
The Companion provides confirmed An-Nusuk Tours clients with a consolidated view of itinerary, accommodation, transfers, travellers, announcements and selected travel documents. It does not itself issue visas, airline tickets, hotel confirmations or government approvals.
2. Authorised use
Access is limited to An-Nusuk Tours and the traveller or journey party for whom a private link and PIN were issued. Users may view and download their own journey information but may not probe, bypass, automate, scrape, disrupt or attempt to access another journey.
3. Protecting access details
The recipient must keep the private link and PIN separate and confidential, use a secure device, close shared-browser sessions, and notify An-Nusuk Tours promptly if access details or documents may have been exposed. An-Nusuk Tours may pause access, rotate a link or reset a PIN for security.
4. Accuracy and updates
An-Nusuk Tours takes reasonable care to keep information accurate. Travel schedules, visa rules, supplier confirmations and operational arrangements may change. Users must follow the latest official voucher, ticket, supplier communication and authority instruction. A dashboard summary does not override an official document.
5. Document handling
Documents remain confidential to the relevant journey. Users must not publish another traveller’s passport, visa, photograph, contact details or personal information. Downloads should be stored securely and deleted when no longer needed.
6. Availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the Companion available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, network failure, security action or events beyond reasonable control may temporarily limit access. Essential travel documents should also be retained offline before departure.
7. Security and backups
The Companion uses access controls, authenticated encryption, audit records and restricted recovery storage. No online system is risk-free. Users must cooperate with reasonable verification, security and recovery procedures and must not misrepresent an account or traveller identity.
8. Access period and termination
Journey access may be activated or paused by An-Nusuk Tours and ordinarily closes one day after the recorded return date. Access may be suspended immediately for suspected misuse, compromise, legal requirements or protection of travellers and the service.
9. Privacy
Personal information is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. By supplying traveller information for a confirmed booking, the primary traveller confirms that accompanying travellers have been informed that their details will be used for the journey and relevant travel services.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the Companion is an information and support interface; An-Nusuk Tours is not responsible for loss caused solely by unauthorised sharing of access details, insecure user devices, third-party platform failure, or reliance on an outdated dashboard summary contrary to a later official instruction.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Questions or security concerns should be sent to annusuktours@gmail.com.
